It is with regret that EIASM and ECSB have decided that participation in its activities by people from Russia and Belarus will be suspended for the time being. Please note that this policy is in line with the current EU sanctions and the restrictive measures against Russia and Russian citizens in response to the invasion of Ukraine by Russian military forces. This does not directly concern scholars of Russian or Belarusian nationality working at institutions outside of Russia or Belarus. We are sorry having to take this measure that may also impact scholars who oppose this war. We hope that the suspension will only be a temporary measure.

 The 2022 participation fee is 525 EUR (VAT excluded)

This fee includes the one year ECSB membership (EUR 85)

The attendance fee includes :

► participation in the conference (and eventually the Doctoral workshop or Post-Doctoral Workshop)
► online conference papers
► 2 lunches
► morning and afternoon refreshments
► the Welcome Reception
► the Conference Dinner
► this fee includes automatically a one year ECSB membership of 85 EUR (60 EUR or 35 EUR see below)

Cancellations made before October 20, 2022 will be reimbursed minus 20 % of the total fee.
No reimbursement will be possible after that date.

► ECSB is sponsoring the participation for people coming from ‘developing countries’(list available HERE). Please see above the note retated to Russia & Belarus 
The special attendance fee for delegates from these countries is 400 EUR (including ECSB membership of 60 EUR - VAT excluded)

In case you are coming from an university in one of these countries, want to participate in the RENT Conference and take advantage of the special offer, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS HERE AFTER ==>

• Create your profile (in case it does not exist yet) on www.eiasm.net
• Send a short email message to Graziella Michelante, providing her with your request and providing her with the COMPLETE invoice addressee in a COPY/PASTE format. . You will then be invoiced accordingly.  Note that once the invoice is being generated it cannot be modified.

► ECSB is also offering a special rate to any PhD Student who wants to participate to the Conference (with no registration to the pre-events) : special rate is 475 EUR (including ECSB membership of 35 EUR - VAT excluded)

► ECSB Doctoral Workshop

ECSB is sponsoring this event for PhD Students accepted to the workshop.
No extra fee is charged for participation in the Doctoral Workshop, however, registration for and participation in the RENT Conference is compulsory.
Reduced attendance fee for both events (Doctoral Workshop + RENT Conference) is 325 EUR (including ECSB membership of 35 EUR -VAT excluded)
Details on the registration procedure (registration link) will be provided to the accepted researchers by the Workshop Chairperson.!
